Everyone who worked there was amicable. The location was stunning and peaceful, within easy walking distance of Lanes. Close to a train station, it was a plus.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little rude.

It had excellent location close to Old Market. All the staff was professional and attentive, resolved my issues.

Got the same spotless and stylish a double room with ironing facilities booked online, appreciated that. All of the staff was very pleasant and attentive to guests;))

great central base for city walks and park visits

I loved being just a short walk from both Castle Park, perfect for leisurely breaths of fresh air, and the iconic Bristol Temple Meads. My room was spacious and clean, with a nice pillow choice to suit my comfort needs. One small downside is that the air conditioning didn't go as low as I would have liked, but overall it didn't take away from the experience.

The breakfast offered decent variety, enjoyable. The bed provided a restful sleep.

The space around the buffet area felt cramped.

Had a lovely night in a cozy double room and enjoyed the nice pool area. The spa was a great way to unwind, and I also liked the comfy lounge for a chill evening. The breakfast was just okay, but it didn’t really take away from the overall enjoyment! 😊

Helpful staff made the check-in process seamless, and the complimentary drinks were a good surprise. The breakfast with organic jams was a tasty highlight, complementing the vibrant atmosphere. The noise from the street outside was a bit distracting at times, and while the room was comfortable, it felt slightly dated. The location is convenient but could benefit from better sound insulation.

Family with children expect positives!

The first night they helped us shift rooms to the higher floor to avoid the noise after a long day had been done. Breakfast was amazing, just a cozy warm welcome to start the day right. All of us loved it!...

Despite the hotel's location on a busy road, it managed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Excellent value was evident, although I didn't dine . I look forward to returning the next time I'm in the area.

Great location! Loved the heated bathroom mirror and comfy king-size bed. The shower was fantastic and rejuvenating after a long day.

I had a wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfy, the bathroom products were lovely, and the breakfast spread was truly delicious. I would definitely choose this place again!
